Course Description
The cure to curing disease and managing everyday restorative cases, from direct composites to full-coverage crowns requires consistency, confidence, and communication. Through a structured approach to diagnosis, material selection, and restorative processes, participants will learn how to make predictable restorative decisions and execute them efficiently in daily practice.

About Our Speaker
Jennifer Derse, DDS
Dr. Jennifer Derse is a nationally recognized cosmetic and restorative dentist, educator, mentor, and consultant with more than 20 years of clinical experience. A graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry, she has taught nationally and internationally on cosmetic and restorative dentistry, aligner therapy, treatment planning, and patient case presentation. She currently serves as Chief Clinical Director at Espire Dental, leading doctor mentorship, clinical calibration, and patient-experience strategy across multiple practices, and is also a mentor at the Kois Center.
Combining advanced clinical expertise with leadership and practice strategy, Dr. Derse helps dentists improve clinical predictability, team performance, case acceptance, and sustainable growth. Her perspective is informed by advanced leadership training through Harvard Business School Online, McKinsey Leadership, and The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center, as well as firsthand experience helping build a multi-location dental organization. Her practical approach remains grounded in the realities of chairside dentistry and a commitment to exceptional patient care.
