Participants will explore evidence-based principles for direct posterior composite restorations through the Atlas-Sadr Composite Workflow System™, including preparation design, adhesive selection, matrix management, composite placement, polymerization stress management, finishing, polishing, and occlusal refinement. The PRENDO™ Clinical Pathway examines restoration-driven endodontics, with particular emphasis on preserving the bonding substrate, protecting tooth structure before and after endodontic treatment, sequencing care, and creating a strong adhesive foundation for the definitive restoration.

For structurally compromised and endodontically treated teeth, the ATLAST™ Reconstruction Pathway addresses assessment of remaining tooth structure, ferrule development, biomechanical risk, fiber post selection and placement, core build-ups, precision preparation, conventional and digital workflows, restorative material selection, adhesive cementation, and long-term maintenance.
